Roger Fritze, MBA

Roger joined JRD in 2009 and has participated in a number of JRD projects. He has an excellent background in project management and management review of systems for gap analysis. With extensive experience in the public and private sector security field, he is skilled in grant writing, implementation, planning, threat analysis, and emergency and safety planning.
With over 35 years of professional experience, Roger has worked on a wide myriad of projects. He has performed project management for obtaining grant reimbursements, developed process grant reimbursement requests and expense reporting that resulted in more effective and efficient processing of multiple sets of complex cost data, and organized, evaluated, and processed grant fund applications for governmental group review.
Roger received a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice from American University. His certifications include Protection Professional, Healthcare Safety Professional, and Healthcare Safety Management Professional.
