Rafael Duyos, MS
Vice President
Rafael has over thirty years of experience in management, financial, and operational services. His areas of expertise include optimization of workflow, operational and financial analysis, and establishment of standardized processes and procedures. He manages engagements, markets firm attributes, and establishes new and maintains existing client relationships. He has completed projects with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the City of Miami, and the City of Miami Beach.
Before his career with JRD, Rafael was the Vice President of several companies in which he was responsible for sales and marketing. He has developed marketing strategy plans and organizational structure for sales and marketing. For over twenty years, Rafael was a Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank where his work included studies related to work flow optimization, financial controls upgrade, and operations efficiency enhancement.
Rafael received his Master of Science Degree in Management Engineering from Long Island University.
