Isabel S. Behm, MPA
Senior Consultant
Isabel joined JRD in 2010 and has performed numerous projects involving process and performance improvement, project management, and strategic planning. She is currently a team member on JRD’s Office of Infrastructure Protection (IP) projects. Specifically, she has been involved in a project to conduct a stakeholder input effort to gain a baseline on whether IP is achieving its strategic goals from a customer/partner (stakeholder) perspective, and to understand and gauge the satisfaction, effectiveness, and relevance of IP’s communication and information sharing efforts and risk mitigation programs. Also, she has assisted IP in the development of outcome metrics and their alignment to strategic objectives and activities.
Isabel was previously employed as a Consultant at the City of Miami Beach, Office of Budget and Performance Improvement, where she was responsible for assisting process improvement teams throughout the City, conducting research and surveys to support the development of process improvement projects and studies, conducting performance improvement training for City employees, and assisting with special projects as needed for the City Manager’s Office and other departments Citywide.
Isabel has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Miami.
