Erik Eingorn, MBA

Erik has been with JRD since 2009 and is currently leading JRD’s effort in conducting a position analysis for the DHS Office of Infrastructure Protection, where he is responsible for assessing current staffing levels, GS grade classifications, staff functions, skill sets and competencies, staff distribution, and has provided position data and recommended alternative GS grade classifications to achieve optimal grade structure. As part of the analysis, he created an electronic employee survey, applied analytical methodology to assess data, and created briefings consisting of observations and recommendations. He was also on the project team that conducted a review of manpower for U.S. Southern Command Headquarters to identify and prioritize full-time equivalent (FTE) requirements.
Erik has also worked on local government projects, including facilitating and improving the efficiency of Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) grant reimbursements for South Florida, assisting the City of Miami in obtaining multi-million dollar reimbursements, creating business plans resulting in expansion of existing businesses, and formulating strategic plans for future international expansion projects.
Erik has a Master of Business Administration Degree from Florida International University and Bachelor of Arts Degrees in International Affairs and Marketing from Florida State University.
