Diana Gonzalez, MPA
Manager
Diana joined JRD in 1996 and has directed several engagements including the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Southern Command, and the Defense Contract Audit Agency. For Southern Command, she conducted a review of manpower for Headquarters, to identify and prioritize full-time equivalent (FTE) requirements and presenting necessary deliverables.
Prior to entering the private sector, Diana was employed by Miami-Dade County as the Director of the Department of Development and Facilities Management. This agency provided central support services in the areas of real estate acquisition and leasing, facility management, and building construction. The agency was also responsible for post-Hurricane Andrew recovery projects including the development of housing for farm workers. Beginning as a management intern, she worked for most of her County career in the capital improvement field. Diana has also provided consulting services to Miami-Dade County, Pinnacle Housing Group, and Dade Community Foundation in matters related to economic development issues, including housing.
Diana received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. She also attended the Executive Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government at John F. Kennedy School of Government.
